Sarafa
Joshiji ka dahiwada Relishing on a dahiwada here is not just about the taste, but it’s also about the experience of watching its preparation by the person at the shop. The one preparing it is surely a performer as he flips the dahiwada with the curd without spilling a drop. After pouring some curd into the bowl, he will sprinkle five spices using just one finger without allowing them to mix together. Of course, you must make it there before 11pm, otherwise there is no way you will get a dahiwada. As the number of people outweigh so are the number of wadas.
Saawariya ki sabudana khichdi Yummy and unique, this shop has its own style of making the sabudana khichdi.
Saawariya ka Bhutte ka keesThis Indori unique concoction is made of corn dana that is boiled, fried in ghee and then mixed with besan, heeng, jeera, dhaniya and their own unique spices.
